We didn't set out to open just another café. We set out to build a kitchen where one humble fruit could do almost everything — and to do it the Bali way: fresh, local, and a little bit fun.

For a health-conscious community of happiness seekers, The Avocado Factory is South East Asia's first all-avocado kitchen — built to nurture your health and fuel your happiness.

The beginning

It started with one good fruit

In 2018, on a quiet street near Batu Bolong beach, we opened the doors to a tiny kitchen with a big idea — that avocado could anchor an entire menu without ever getting boring.

From cold-pressed juices to loaded brunch plates, every recipe began with the same question: how do we make something genuinely good for you taste like a treat? Years on, that same question still drives every plate we serve.

Most of what lands on your plate travelled less than a day to get there. We work directly with growers across Bali, picking at peak ripeness and prepping the same morning.

It means our menu shifts gently with the seasons — and that's exactly how we like it. Always fresh. Sometimes normal.
